The activated carbon adsorption exhaust gas purification device is developed by using the strong adsorption of activated carbon to organic solvents. It adopts the process flow of adsorption concentration-desorption regeneration-solvent separation and recovery, which is composed of two or three activated carbon adsorbers connected in parallel and a set of desorption and recovery devices. It is suitable for the purification and treatment of organic waste gas with low concentration and large air volume. It has the advantages of mature technology, stable performance, strong adsorption capacity, recyclable organic matter, low exhaust emission concentration, safety and reliability.
Granular activated carbon (GAC) organic waste gas adsorption recovery device is composed of pretreatment system, adsorption system, analysis system, pipeline system, condensation recovery system and other parts. The whole process flow is shown in the figure, when A adsorption tank is adsorbed, B adsorption tank is desorbed, and C adsorption tank is dried. When the organic waste gas enters the adsorption tank, the organic matter in it passes through the granular activated carbon and is adsorbed, and the purified gas is discharged from the top of the adsorption tank. The three adsorption tanks A, B and C are switched alternately. The system uses low-pressure water vapor as the desorbent. The desorption steam enters from the top of the adsorption tank, passes through the granular activated carbon, and desorbs the adsorbed and concentrated organic matter and brings it into the condensing tank. After condensation, the mixture of organic matter and water vapor is condensed. , if the adsorbed organic matter is insoluble in water, the mixture enters the stratified tank and is separated by gravity sedimentation to achieve the purpose of recovering organic matter, and the separated sewage is discharged to the factory chemical sewage system for centralized treatment; if the organic matter to be treated is dissolved in If the water or water solubility is large, post-treatment (such as rectification, etc.) must be carried out. All the action switching during the system operation is completed by the automatic control system.
