1、 Product introduction: FRP mechanical winding pipe is a kind of non-metallic pipe with light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance. It is made of unsaturated resin or vinyl resin, epoxy resin as the matrix, and glass fiber as the reinforcement by special process. This kind of pipeline has the advantages of corrosion resistance, leakage resistance, heat insulation, light weight, high strength, long service life, strong designability, small fluid resistance, convenient installation, low comprehensive cost, etc. It can be widely used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, electric power, paper making, urban water supply and drainage, factory sewage treatment, seawater desalination, gas transmission, mining and other industries. It is an ideal pipeline for conveying liquid and gas. 2、 Pipeline characteristics: 1. Good mechanical and physical properties, light weight, high strength, and easy installation. 2. Good anti-corrosion performance: long service life, 4-5 times of that of steel pipe. 3. Good high temperature resistance: the normal working temperature can reach 180 ℃, fully meeting the requirements of high temperature. 4. High pressure resistance: the normal working pressure of high pressure glass fiber reinforced plastic pipe line is 3.5MPa-24MPa. 5. High smoothness of the inner wall: good fluidity of the medium, no scaling, no wax, and reduce the operation and maintenance costs of the pipeline. 6. Good insulation: no secondary pollution.
3、 Pipe specification: 1. Pipe diameter: DN100mm-45000mm. 2. Production length: 6m/piece, 12m/piece. 3. Pressure rating: 3.5-24MPa. 4. Butt joint type, flange type and O-ring type.
4、 Advantages of pipeline: 1. Corrosion resistance: under the crisscross and grid environment, different corrosion resistant pipelines can be selected according to the requirements of the medium. 2. Pressure resistance: design and manufacture pipes and fittings according to the pressure required by the process. Conduct the pressure charging test with 1.5 times of the pressure required by the process. 3. Heat resistance: low temperature resistance is minus 70 ℃, high temperature resistance is 250 ℃. 4. Good insulation performance and static electricity elimination after improvement; 5. Good flammability and self extinguishing, flame retardant and flame retardant after improvement. 6.
