2. Characteristic, application and technical parameter
2.1Characterstic:
Bag filter is composed of filter shell, backwashing system and bag filters.
The bag filter is supported with cage along with venture. Backwash manifold is located on the top of filter bag. The media flows into filter shell from inlet, and pass through bag filter from external to internal. Filtered clean gas flows out from outlet. The powder is blocked on the outside surface of the filter element to form the filter cake. As the filter cake thickness increase, the filter pressure drop increases gradually. The backwashing program is activated once pressure drop /time reaches up the rated value. Solenoid pulse valve is activated instantly under the control of pulse controller. Pulse gas from buffer tank is ejected from backwashing manifold. When pulse gas passes through venture, multiple gas surrounding will eject into filter bag accompany with pulse gas. Thus the dusty can be flushed. Dust removal is performed in row. The rest row is under normal operation when backflush is online. Level indicator is placed on the bottom of hopper to initiate powder discharge according to program.
