Features

• The hydraulic model is optimized by CFD technology, using Pro/E5.0、ANSYSICEM. ANSYS Fluent and other design software to ensure the performance of the hydraulic model and make the pump run in the high efficiency area.

• In terms of structure, the advanced three-point and one-line shockproof design principle is adopted. According to the structural design of VS4 in IPA610, the underwater depth can reach more than 3.6m. The body adopts a long shaft structure, which changes the defect that the long shaft is connected by multiple shaft sections, and the operation is reliable

Bearing:MRC imported from the United States is adopted, which can bear large radial and axial two-way combined load and torque dominated by radial load. Sealing structure: dynamic seal + gas + mechanical multiple seal, the multiple combined seal It belongs to a new type of sealing structure, which achieves zero leakage.
