Control System
According to the working principle and requirements of the TEG cleaning furnace, the system utilizes two sets of instrument control: one set controls the electric heater temperature and provides anti-dry protection, while the other controls the TEG medium temperature. These two sets of instruments feature a safety interlock for double protection. In the event of over-temperature, the main heating power is cut off immediately, accompanied by a sound and light alarm to ensure normal operation and fault self-protection.
The instrument features PID manual and auto-tuning capabilities to set optimal parameters, outputting excellent control signals to drive the solid-state relay heating control device. This device includes automatic temperature cooling and fault self-diagnosis protection to guarantee precise temperature control. Additionally, a double-cut function operates on both time and temperature to ensure the cleaning effect.
To ensure safe operation, the heater and magnetic coupling plate level gauge feature interlock protection: when the TEG level falls below the set limit, the heating element is disabled. Furthermore, if there is no pressure in the heater junction box, the heating component will not work. If the condenser lacks water or the water pressure is too low, the system triggers an alarm and automatically cuts off the source. Upon completion of the cleaning process, the system automatically shuts down.
