Main filter media of cone filter element is mutlple layers of stainless steel sintered wire mesh. On the basis of features and advantage of disc filter, cone filter element increases filter area and easily discharges the material .

The product is sintered by the punching plate and multi-layer stainless steel wire mesh. Due to the support of punching plate, it has the higher pressure and mechanical strength. It is mainly used in food & beverage, water treatment, dust removing, pharmacy, polymer,etc. It can be processed into various filters: tube, disc and sheet. The thickness of the punching plate and structure of the wire mesh can be customized according to the user’s requirements.

Material &Size

The standard material are SS304,SS304L,SS316,SS316L.

Special Alloy Steel Hastelloy,Monel, Inconel are acceptable based on customer’s requirement.

The standard sizes are 500×1000mm, 600×1200mm and 1000×1000mm,1200×1200mm .

Any size with in the above arange could be made according to the customer’s request.

We will customize filters according to customer needs in different sizes from standard size to special-ordered size.
