The product is a standard combination of 5-layer sintered wire mesh which has the widest application.

Five different layers of stainless steel wire mesh are combined as per corresponding structure,

and then sintered together in the vacuum sintered equipment, compressed and calendered, forming a porous sintered material.

Processing pipeline and tank may have the need of ventilation. Then the ventilation breather filter is essential in these applications both to keep the air flowing in the system clean and pure and to prevent the particles inside the system from escaping into the atmosphere.

The breather filter can be whether inhale or exhale type as required. The main difference is that whether the flow is inside out or outside in and which side of the fine mesh surface is located.

Air ventilation breather filter is made of stainless steel sintered wire mesh, which is cleanable with automatic backwash / backflush and manual high pressure air clean or chemical washing, thus can obtain longer life and reduce cost in long run.

Quick mount design facilitates the dismantling and cleaning process.

Sintered wire mesh combines the property of the different layers and obtains more superior characteristics, such as:
