Stainless Steel Sintered Tube Filter Spunlace Cartridge Filters

Cartridge filters are made of various alloys including stainless steel and combined with several layers of reinforcing mesh and filteration mesh in according with application. Each layer of mesh with high quality and accuracy is precisely controlled of holes diameters, it also has good feature as heat resistance, pressure resistance, and corrosion resistance to acheieve high accurate filtration.

The product is a standard combination of 5-layer sintered wire mesh which has the widest application. Five different layers of stainless steel wire mesh are combined as per corresponding structure, and then sintered together in the vacuum sintered equipment, compressed and calendered, forming a porous sintered material.

The standard size are 500×1000mm, 600×1200mm, 1000×1000mm, 1200×1200mm, 1200×1500mm, and special size in range can be finished as requirement.
